Tenant (Customer):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual \u2013 consumer (B2C):<\/strong> A natural person who has reached the age of 18, has full legal capacity, has completed registration in the WOOZ App, and is not acting in the course of their business activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A legal entity or an individual entrepreneur (B2B):<\/strong> A business entity, sole proprietor, or other entrepreneur who has opened a WOOZ Business Account (hereinafter referred to as <strong>\u201eBusiness Customer\u201c<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Authorized driver:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An individual who is the Lessee (in B2C transactions), or an authorized employee or representative of a Corporate Customer, or an approved \u201eSecond Driver.\u201c.<sup><\/sup> Every driver must successfully complete identity verification.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Software Platform and WOOZ App:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A mobile app on the WOOZ Mobility platform (backend: ATOM Mobility) that manages reservations, verification, electronic handover reports, telematics, and keyless access to the vehicle.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. WOOZ Parking Zone:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pickup and drop-off locations for the Vehicle, as specified and marked in the App.<sup><\/sup> U-turns outside the zone are prohibited.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Lease Term:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time from the start of the rental in the App (Check-in) until the proper return of the vehicle at the drop-off zone (Check-out).<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article II. \u2013 Registration, Identity Verification, and Vehicle Operation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Terms and Conditions:<\/strong> A Class B driver's license (held for at least 12 months), a valid ID card or passport (EU\/EFTA), and a linked Visa or Mastercard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Method of identity verification:<\/strong> Verification is primarily conducted through the Sumsub verification module (identification documents + optional facial liveness check). The tenant has the right to refuse biometric verification and request free manual verification by WOOZ staff by emailing podpora@wooz.sk, with the process to be completed by <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Account (B2B):<\/strong> The corporate customer and the driver designated by the customer are jointly and severally liable to the Lessor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prohibition on Lending a Vehicle:<\/strong> The vehicle may be driven only by the Renter or an authorized Second Driver. Allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle will result in a fine. <strong>500 \u20ac<\/strong>, immediate loss of insurance coverage, and full liability for damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article III. \u2013 Reservation, Rental Period, Mileage Rate, and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reservations:<\/strong> The minimum lease term is <strong>1 hour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rental price:<\/strong> It is determined based on the price list in effect at the time of the reservation. Invoices are generated automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kilometer Mode:<\/strong> The base rate is <strong>\u20ac0.10 (including VAT) per kilometer or part thereof<\/strong> (unless a package is included in the subscription). The vehicle's telematics system records the mileage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Early Return:<\/strong> There is no entitlement to a refund of a prorated portion of the rent for unused reserved time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article IV. \u2013 Security Deposit (Guarantee) and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-authorization of a deposit:<\/strong> When the lease begins, the system will place a hold on the payment card in the amount of <strong>350 \u20ac<\/strong> (for long-term leases <strong>1 000 \u20ac<\/strong>). It is used to cover mileage, fuel, contractual penalties, deductibles, and damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Release of the deposit:<\/strong> Upon termination of the lease and settlement of all obligations, the Landlord shall immediately issue an order to release the security deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direct Debit Authorization:<\/strong> The tenant authorizes the automatic deduction of outstanding amounts, fines, and damages from the provided card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article V. \u2013 Vehicle Pickup (Digital Check-in)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspection and Damage Report:<\/strong> The renter is required to physically inspect the vehicle before driving. Any new damage must be reported and photographed using the feature before starting the trip <strong>\u201eReport\u201c<\/strong> in the WOOZ app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status and Unlocking:<\/strong> The odometer and fuel level are tracked by the telematics system\/photo. Confirming the check-in unlocks the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evidence-based assessment:<\/strong> Unreported obvious damage gives rise to a rebuttable presumption that it occurred during the lease, and all available evidence\u2014including shock data from the telematics system\u2014is evaluated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article VI. \u2013 Fuel Policy (Same-to-Same \/ Full-to-Full)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Return Policy:<\/strong> The renter returns the vehicle with the same or a higher fuel\/energy level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Failure to refuel:<\/strong> The cost of the missing fuel is billed according to the rate in the Vehicle Price List (excluding the flat service fee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electric Cars:<\/strong> The minimum level upon return must match the level at the time of receipt, but must be at least <strong>20 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuel Switch:<\/strong> Penalty <strong>200 \u20ac<\/strong> + Full reimbursement for towing and fuel system repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article VII. \u2013 Terms of Use, Restrictions, and Lease Renewal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Strict ban on cigarettes, vaping, and IQOS. Fine <strong>500 \u20ac<\/strong> + Proven cleaning and ozonation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geographical Scope and Country Restrictions:<\/strong> Permitted: Slovakia, EU, EFTA. <strong>Strict entry ban: Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus.<\/strong> Violation: fine <strong>5 000 \u20ac<\/strong>, remote immobilization, and the cost of retrieving the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Towing equipment:<\/strong> Towing trailers is permitted only after purchasing the \u201eTowing Equipment\u201c package in the App. Violation: fine <strong>200 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lease Extension:<\/strong> The extension is valid after payment is made in the App, provided that the vehicle has not been reserved by another customer. Driving without an extension will result in the vehicle being immobilized and a fine. <strong>200 \u20ac<\/strong> and reimbursement of repatriation costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article VIII. \u2013 Vehicle Return (Digital Check-out) and Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Checkout Log (5 photos):<\/strong> The tenant shall complete the following in the App: <strong>1 photo of the interior<\/strong> (purity) and <strong>4 exterior photos<\/strong> (all 4 sides) and locks the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consequences of failing to take photographs:<\/strong> A fee is charged <strong>20 \u20ac<\/strong> due to the increased costs of manual inspection; the condition is assessed comprehensively based on telematics data and a visual inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late return:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within 60 minutes: hourly delay fee as listed in the price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 60 minutes: daily rate + penalty <strong>200 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than 24 hours without communication: this is considered unauthorized use of another person's property; a criminal complaint is filed, and a fine is imposed <strong>200 \u20ac<\/strong> and remote immobilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article IX. \u2013 Traffic Violations and Strict Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The tenant is responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the Lease Term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fee is charged for each administrative processing of a police summons <strong>administrative fee of 15 \u20ac including VAT<\/strong> (+ the amount of the fine itself).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article X. \u2013 Accidents, Damages, and Insurance Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The vehicle has valid liability insurance and comprehensive insurance. In the event of damage caused by the Lessee, the Lessee is responsible for the deductible. <strong>250 \u20ac \/ 5 % (depending on the vehicle class) and an administrative fee of 61.50 \u20ac including VAT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you purchase a reduced\/zero deductible plan, no deductible will be charged (except in cases of gross breach of contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full recourse for damages not covered by insurance:<\/strong> Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, entrusting the vehicle to an unauthorized person, fleeing the scene of an accident, entering prohibited countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), towing without a tow hitch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article XI. \u2013 Schedule of Contractual Penalties and Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Violation \/ Fee<\/td><td>Rate Amount<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Entry into prohibited countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus)<\/td><td>5,000 \u20ac + repatriation costs and immobilization<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Violation of the smoking ban (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, IQOS)<\/td><td>500 \u20ac + documented costs for carpet cleaning and ozone treatment<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Transfer to an unauthorized person without the \"Second Driver\" package<\/td><td>500 \u20ac + immediate suspension and loss of insurance coverage<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Driving Without an Extension \/ Unauthorized Use of the Vehicle<\/td><td>200 \u20ac + repatriation costs and remote immobilization<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>A return delay of more than 60 minutes without approval<\/td><td>200 \u20ac + additional daily rental fee<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Delay in return of up to 60 minutes<\/td><td>Hourly delay fee according to the vehicle price list<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Towing a Trailer Without the \u201eTowing Equipment\u201c Package\u201c<\/td><td>200 \u20ac for each detected case<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Returning the vehicle with a lower fuel level (failure to refuel)<\/td><td>the cost of the missing fuel according to the vehicle's price list<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Filling the tank with the wrong type of fuel<\/td><td>200 \u20ac + full cost of towing and cleaning the system<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Failure to submit 5 photos at check-in\/check-out<\/td><td>20 \u20ac (individual verification via IoT)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Administrative fee for processing a fine<\/td><td>15 \u20ac including VAT per offense + the fine amount itself<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Administrative fee for processing an insurance claim<\/td><td>61.50 \u20ac (including tax)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Co-payment in the Event of a Claim \/ Insurance Incident<\/td><td>250 \u20ac \/ 5 % (depending on vehicle class)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Rate per kilometer driven<\/td><td>\u20ac0.10 (including VAT) per kilometer or part thereof<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Loss of Vehicle Keys or Documents<\/td><td>150 \u20ac + the cost of a new key\/documents<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Returning an Uncleaned Vehicle<\/td><td>depending on the level of dirt \/ at least 15\u20ac including VAT<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article XII. \u2013 Supervisory Body, Dispute Resolution (ARS), and Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>State supervisory authority:<\/strong> Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), SOI Inspectorate for the Pre\u0161ov Region, Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Pre\u0161ov 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Consumer Disputes:<\/strong> The consumer has the right to contact WOOZ to request a remedy (podpora@wooz.sk). If WOOZ responds negatively or fails to respond within 30 days, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with ARS: <strong>Slovak Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate \u2013 Department of International Relations and ARS, Bajkalsk\u00e1 21\/A, 827 99 Bratislava 27, email: ars@soi.sk, adr@soi.sk<\/strong>, website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soi.sk\/sk\/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov.soi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.soi.sk\/sk\/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov.soi<\/a>, or another entity listed by the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (www.mhsr.sk).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Validity and Prohibition of Retroactivity:<\/strong> The General Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 14, 2026.
