It all started with an idea

How WOOZ Came to Be

From the initial idea to the first rentals. We developed WOOZ with a simple goal in mind: to make it easier for people to rent a car.

2024

An Idea from Real-World Experience

While working at a car rental company, we were looking for a way to make renting a car easier for people. We wanted them to be able to choose a vehicle, reserve it, and complete the rental process right from their cell phones. That’s how the idea for WOOZ came about.

2025

Service Setup

We moved from the initial idea to preparing the service. We selected a solution for the app, prepared the vehicles, and worked out how reservations, payments, and car pickups would work. We wanted the individual steps to flow seamlessly into one another and for customers to find the process easy to follow.

2026

Launch of WOOZ in Prešov

We launched WOOZ in Prešov. Today, you can rent a car from us for a day, a weekend, or even longer, and handle the rental through the app. We’re continuing to improve the service based on our customers’ experiences and feedback.

I was very satisfied; I can highly recommend this service. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. I had reserved a smaller car, which ended up not being available, but I was able to get a larger one without any problems and at no extra charge. The only thing I recommend checking is the mileage—how many kilometers are included in the reservation price—so that no one ends up unaware of this and is unnecessarily disappointed. I had to pay extra for the kilometers, but I was aware of that, so it was absolutely no problem. Next time I need a car, I’ll definitely turn to this company again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had nothing but the best experiences with this car rental company. We’ve been renting cars from them regularly for our vacations for the past 4 years and have never had any problems. This time, however, we ran into an unpleasant situation when returning the car—our car key broke. We really appreciate how the rental company handled it. Without any hassle, they provided us with a replacement car at no extra charge so we could go to Hornbach to have a new key made. This kind of approach and willingness to help are rare these days. Thank you for your accommodating service, fair treatment, and help during this unpleasant situation. Thanks in part to this, we know we’ll be happy to return to this rental company in the future. 😊 We definitely recommend them! 👍
