The service provider is PHX ProFi s. r. o., with its registered office at Kojatická Dolina 228, Kojatice 082 32, Company ID No.: 53 808 720, registered in the Commercial Register of the Prešov District Court, Section: Sro, File No. 42421/P (hereinafter referred to as the „Provider“). The Customer (client) is any natural or legal person who registers for and uses the WOOZ App, which is software for renting, unlocking, and locking a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the „Customer“).
For the purposes of these Complaint Procedures, „Consumer“ means the Customer—a natural person who, when using the service, is not acting within the scope of their business activities.
The Provider is responsible for ensuring that the service provided through the WOOZ App meets the required quality, functionality, and features. The Provider is liable for any defects in the service that exist at the time of its provision, in accordance with applicable laws. The Provider shall not be liable for defects, outages, or a reduction in the quality of the service caused by circumstances on the part of the Customer (such as malfunctioning equipment or an outage of the Customer’s internet connection) or by demonstrable circumstances that exclude liability (force majeure).
The customer has the right to report defects in the service provided without undue delay after discovering them, but no later than within the statutory period (for consumers, no later than 2 months after discovering the defect, within the total warranty period established by law for services). The place for filing a complaint is the Provider’s registered office (Kojatická Dolina 228, Kojatice 082 32), or it may be filed electronically at the email address reklamacie@wooz.sk. The Provider shall issue the Consumer with a written (or electronic) confirmation stating when the complaint was filed, its content, and the requested resolution, immediately upon receipt of the complaint.
If the service is defective, the consumer has the right to request:
The Provider is required to resolve a complaint filed by the Consumer immediately; in complex cases, within 3 business days; and in justified cases—particularly if a complex technical assessment of the status of the service or application is required— no later than 30 days from the date the complaint was filed. After the 30-day period has expired, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or request a discount.
Relationships with Consumers that are not governed by these Complaint Rules are governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll. the Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended and currently in force. Complaints from Customers who are business entities (legal entities and sole proprietors purchasing services using their Business ID) are governed exclusively by the provisions of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended. These Complaint Rules are available at the Provider’s place of business and are also published in the WOOZ App.
These Complaint Procedures shall take effect on June 15, 2026.
